The purpose of our courses is to allow the immediate effects of meditation to be experienced through various meditative techniques (including breath and mantra meditations).

After attending a course the experience necessary to continue a daily meditation practise will have been gained, with meditation support also on offer.

Introductory Courses

Usually taught over four to six weeks, this course covers everything needed to establish an effective and enjoyable meditation practice in your daily life.

Kundalini Courses

This course is designed to assist in bringing neutrality into our lives; so increasing the ability to function more efficiently and energetically.


Advanced Mantra Courses

Suitable for those wishing to attain deeper states of relaxation whilst gaining a profound insight into their lives.

The Advanced Mantra is a powerful tool which enables the meditator to access greater space and stillness in their meditation.
